I can thoroughly recommend Lisa as a most diligent and hard working coach, mentor and trainer. She has an attention to detail that not many others do and she will keep going until she gets the result you might be looking for. She is tenacious and has extremely high standards of work and ethics. She is honest and kind, and caring and ensures she has all the knowledge required for the job or subject required. Words do not do justice for the uplifting and profound effect the 7 days of Mental Wellbeing program has had on me and others around me, both physically and psychologically. It was a very useful course, instructors managed to create an environment where you could freely share everything, empathizing that no feedback or participation is required in situations when the topic affects us negatively. Nonetheless all of us has participated in everything and communications were all the time open. Providing supporting videos, independent learnings, activities helped me a lot understanding what people with mental health issues go through and it was extremely useful how to spot these signs and how to approach and listen to people.
Really enjoyed the course thank you. Very informative with lots of information and clear guidance with what to do in numerous situations, and I have come away feeling very confident in dealing with mental health situations now.

Excellent course - extremely engaging, course instructors were knowledgeable, approachable and made the environment for learning and discussion comfortable and open. Ensured self-care was at the forefront of every meeting, and provided a very clear structure and delivery of a lot of content. Virtual platform worked very well and great use of different tools - videos, whiteboards, chat function, video chat. The self-learning was also very organised and well delivered. great organisation in terms of receiving booklets, manuals etc. i have learnt a lot about mental health overall, and also about myself and how to look after not only others but me as well. i would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone within the business, and the knowledge learning and skills gained are things i will take away with me and continue to work on going forwards. thank you for the opportunity and having me on the course!
I always thought of myself as an understanding non-judgemental person and have been approached by many people for support in the past, but having now done the course I realise that while my personality was perhaps suited to this, my level of actual knowledge was lacking quite significantly. I would feel much more confident in addressing a person who may be dealing with a mental health condition and attempting to do this in the appropriate way e.g. use of language, approach, etc. I think it will be useful for us as a group to spread the knowledge we now have within our organisation to highlight to others where we might previously have been lacking so we can take a much better approach in future.
I found the course extremely interesting and informative. The course had a relaxed atmosphere and the content was delivered extremely well by both the lead and co instructor.
